How it works
4 steps, 3 days
STEP 01
Book
Pick a slot. A short intake form asks which systems you use and what question you most want answered.
STEP 02
Session
60 minutes with the person who owns your reporting. We walk the warehouse, the pipelines and the dashboards people actually open.
STEP 03
Report
Within two working days you get the written report and fix plan.
STEP 04
Walk-through
A 30-minute call to go through the findings and answer questions. Then it is yours to act on.
Scope and the small print
- Works with any warehouse or database (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and any BI tool (Metabase, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or spreadsheets).
- Read-only access only, or none at all if you would rather share your screen. We sign an NDA on request.
- The price is fixed. If your setup has more than about five source systems we will say so before the session and agree the scope.
- The report stands on its own. You can hand the fix plan to your own engineers or any vendor.
Questions
Asked before buying
Do you need access to our data?
Not necessarily. Most reviews run entirely over screen share. If you want us to dig in on our own, a read-only user is enough, and we delete our access when the report is delivered.
We do not have a warehouse yet. Is this still useful?
Yes. We review the sources you report from today, usually a production database replica and spreadsheets, and the fix plan becomes the plan for your first warehouse.
Is this a sales call in disguise?
No. The report is the product. If one of our other packages is the right next step we will say so, and if your own team can do it all we will say that too.
What happens after the report?
Whatever you decide. Some teams clear the quick wins themselves and stop there. Others come back for a Metabase setup or a warehouse build, where the health check is credited against the price.
