Privacy policy

How FfurConsulting handles the data of people who visit this site or get in touch. Written in plain language. Last updated 30 October 2026.

Who we are

This site is run by PT Semesta Harsa Karya, trading as FfurConsulting, based in Jakarta, Indonesia. We are the data controller for anything described on this page. Questions about your data go to umar@ffurconsulting.com.

What this site does not collect

There are no forms, accounts, newsletters or comments on this site. Nothing you type is sent to us from these pages. The site is a set of static files; neither our web server nor the proxy in front of it is configured to keep a log of who visits. Technical error logs may contain an IP address for a short time and are not used to identify anyone.

What this site does collect

The tags below are loaded by Google's tag script (gtag.js or Google Tag Manager). Each one is only active when we have switched it on; as of 30 October 2026 only Google Analytics 4 is on.

  • Analytics (Google Analytics 4). Which pages you view, which buttons you click (for example "Book a call"), your device and browser type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. Google Analytics 4 does not store the IP address itself. Google sets cookies such as _ga for this. We use it to see which parts of the site people actually use. Google's handling of this data is described in Google's privacy policy.
  • Advertising measurement (Google Ads and the Meta Pixel). When we run adverts, these tags record that you visited the site and whether you clicked a contact button, so we can measure whether the adverts work and show relevant adverts to people who visited. They set cookies such as _gcl_au (Google) and _fbp (Meta). Google and Meta process this under their own policies: Google advertising and Meta privacy policy.
  • Embedded video. The intro video on the home page is served by YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). YouTube sets no cookies until you press play; once you do, YouTube's own policy applies.

This site does not show a cookie banner. The cookies above are set only by the analytics and advertising tags, never by the site itself. To refuse them you can:

When you contact us

The buttons on this site open WhatsApp or your email app. What you send us there is held in our WhatsApp and email accounts for as long as we need it to reply and, if we work together, for the length of the engagement and our legal record-keeping. WhatsApp is a Meta service and its own policy covers the transport of your message. We do not sell contact details or share them with anyone outside the team working on your enquiry.

Links to other sites

The "See details" links on the packages go to Upwork, and the footer links go to LinkedIn and YouTube. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which apply once you leave ours.

How long data is kept

  • Analytics and advertising data: held by Google and Meta for up to 14 months from your visit, then deleted or aggregated.
  • Messages and email: as described under "When you contact us".

Where data goes

Google and Meta store data on servers that may be outside Indonesia, including in the United States. Each of them publishes the safeguards it applies to such transfers.

Your rights

Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022) and, if you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the GDPR, you can ask us to tell you what data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to stop using it, or to withdraw consent you gave earlier. Email umar@ffurconsulting.com; we reply within 30 days. For data held by Google or Meta, the opt-out links above are the quickest route.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data about children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published here with a new "last updated" date at the top. We do not notify visitors individually.
